   Ligging van dit appartement is geweldig . Prachtig uitzicht op de wandel boulevard en op het mooie rustige strand en de zee . Een heerlijk zwembad ( elke ochtend schoongemaakt) wat je deelt met de andere mensen Dit was nooit een probleem, hadden het zwembad vaak alleen tot onze beschikking. Ruim terras ,met grote eettafel met 6 stoelen waaraan grenzend een mooie ruime ouderslappkamer , ( bed voor twee personen aan de kleine en korte kant ) Tweede slaapkamer iets kleiner en ook hier iets te korte bedden voor grotere kinderen . Veel kastruimte . Keuken voorzien van Miele apparatuur . Badhandoeken niet aanwezig , hadden we gelukkig zelf meegenomen. Aanrader !

   The apartment was located on the beach front with an excellent view across the beach and only a short walk to many good bars and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities necessary for a relaxing holiday

   Appartement très bien situé et directement sur la plage. L’appartement offre une bonne intimité pour 2 couples avec ses 2 salles de bain. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer est un endroit idéal pour l’apéro et un bon repas.

   Unfortunately you only really get to appreciate how effective a management company is when things go wrong and you need help. We found all three telephone numbers provided were never answered, and no assistance given to resolve very real problems we had with our rental property.

   hi we loved the apartment, position good, linen good, but could have been cleaner all surfaces had to be wiped. tables dusty even books dusty. taxi transfers good. we would stay again. regards george

    Apartment was clean, spacious and constant hot running water which was great for 4 of us showering every night. The balcony gets sun all day and the view is amazing. Great company to deal with and would highly recommend. We never stay at same place twice but would make an exception for this place. Do not hesitate - just book and enjoy, fabulous!!

    Location is very good next to the beach and great views to the water. Always something going on, fishing, beach sun-beds, sail boats and the large ones going to and from Malaga Port. No road between you and the beach, great!!! Many restaurants / bars within very short walking distance, plus only 15 minutes walk to the Marina along the promenade. Good secure parking, ideal space for a medium sized car, lift or stairs to apartment. Apartment has plenty of hot water for a family, nice large bedroom overlooking the sea. A good balcony to enjoy breakfasts with the rising sun. Good for sunbathing as sun on the balcony all day, can be a bit hot with no sunshade umbrella. Access to the promenade / beach down 2 flights steps from the very nice garden and pool area. The Gardener takes real care of the grounds and pool, excellent (but pool closed for winter months). Garden has a BBQ and large indoor kitchen / eating area for the apartments. If there are any issues the Agency will be helpful to sort them out, very good service. We have booked the apartment again. To further improve the property which would benefit all future guests there are a couple of items, the 2 x settees need replacing, WIFI to have a consistent good signal and to change the double bed for a king size (or bigger) as a bit too small, especially with the very nice and large bedroom. It would be a 5 star review and an excellent apartment with these improvements.

    Nous en étions à notre troisième séjour en Espagne et cette Villa fut notre coup de cœur. L’emplacement ,la vue sur l'océan, la propreté des lieux . De plus tout le nécessaire était à notre disposition pour un agréable séjour. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour pour en profiter pleinement car avec le coronavirus ce fut un lieu paradisiaque dans une situation apocalyptique.

    The best view in Benalmádena - This is my 4. time in the apartment, and not the last. It is perfect for a family of four. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and the Marina. To watch the sunrise in the morning from the terrasse, is breathtaking ❤️ Only complaint is that the apartment could use more plates, mugs and so one, so you dont have to do the dishes every day😂😂 Furthermore we had god assistance from Laura at the agency from the day we booked, until the day we left. Will see you again😃

    This property was lovely, clean, great location, lovely views, couldn't fault it. We rented a car as there was supposed to be a space provided, there was a problem with the gate so the car space was unavailable for our entire stay, parking in Benalmadena is not easy, we wasted so much time looking for spaces, at times parked 20-30 minutes walk to the apartment, we did not use the car as planned as it became a nuisance and the despite me making several attempts to see if the issue with the gate was resolved it was not. I had to contact the property managers several times during our stay, don't expect a fast response, in fact you may have contact them several times before you get a response, by phone, text message or email. We asked to check out at 12 noon instead of 10am, we were told that is ok which I was grateful for, at 10am the cleaning lady was waiting for us to leave, again very poor communication. I have never given a bad review, such a pity as the property was lovely.
